- Place paper on a hard floor, with one end against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel firmly against the wall.
- Have someone mark the longest part of your foot on the paper.
- Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length you marked.
- If one foot is larger, use the measurement of the larger foot.
