How to Use This Analyzer

Answer the questions below in natural daylight for the most accurate results. The analyzer uses a weighted scoring formula combining multiple visual tests to determine your undertone and Fitzpatrick skin type.

Step 1: Vein Test

Check your inner wrist veins in natural light. Green = warm, blue/purple = cool.

Step 2: Jewelry Test

Which metal looks more flattering against your skin? Gold = warm, silver = cool.

Step 3: White Paper Test

Hold white paper next to your face. Notice if skin looks yellow/peachy or pink/rosy.

Step 4: Sun Reaction

How does your skin react to sun? This helps determine your Fitzpatrick type.

Scoring Formula: Each test contributes weighted points — Vein Test (3pts), Jewelry & Paper Tests (2pts each), Sun/Hair/Eye/Blush (1pt each). The highest-scoring undertone category wins. Fitzpatrick type is derived from your natural skin color adjusted by burn frequency.
